Shiny, sparkly legging from Beyond Yoga

I haven’t chose it because it’s almost Christmas, I chose it because I love everything that shines! I know that no one especially wants to look like a Christmas tree when coming in a yoga class but I still think that in a sea of black and white legging, a golden one is a nice change to bring! On the plus side, you can also use it to go to a party!

Check it out here! And the complete line of shiny, sparkly other outfits too!

A healing mala from Les Ateliers de Brahma

I’m looking for a healing mala at the moment and I’ve been hesitating from the malas I’ve talked to you about last month in my October wishlist and this one. I really think it is a beautiful one. For most of the malas I’ve seen, they have a knot between every pearl which is really nice during meditation.

Cutlery travel kit by Rivearth

I love minimalism, I love Zero-Waste and that’s why I love indeed this cute Bamboo cutlery. When you travel or even just eat outside at a fast-food restaurant, you are often face to use what you have around you, and unfortunately plastic cutlery is often offered. That’s when this mini-kit come in handy! I feel like also in a backpack while travelling, it should be also lighter than the usual cutlery that you can find in camping stores.

Easy way to create your yoga sequences by Yoga & Vedas

I’ve discovered that only 2 days ago and I completely fell in love with it! As a yoga teacher and even if you aren’t it seems like an awesome tool to plan your sequence as you are able to visualize it more. Also, images speak louder than words, right?

Training your inversions with Feet Up Trainer

I want to try this object for soooo long. I got a lot of fear coming up with inversions (yes even as a yoga teacher) as I fear obviously of falling. But now that I got to recover from my trauma, it really seems like a great tool to not put all my body’s weight on my hands. Have you ever tried it?

I hope you liked what I picked this month and found some inspiration in case it’s your birthday or you are looking for Christmas ideas and maybe even best, you want to treat yourself!

P.S: this article is not-sponsored at all, it is only what I like!
